Work with us

We are a family-owned shop with three stores in Denton County, and we have been hiring and training locally since 2006. Below are the roles that exist in this business — pick the one that fits and apply in about five minutes.

Trained, not thrown in

Pressing, spotting and machine work are skills. We teach them properly.

Real schedules

Full-time, part-time and piecework. We close Sundays, and we say so up front.

Small team

Owners are in the stores. You will know everyone you work with by name.

Room to move up

Counter to wash & fold to finishing to store lead — most of our leads started at the counter.

You are the face of the store: greeting customers by name, tagging and inspecting garments at intake, and making sure every order goes home correct and on time.

What you'll do

  • Greet customers, write up orders and tag incoming garments
  • Inspect for stains, damage and loose buttons before the order goes back
  • Take payments, answer the phone and quote turnaround times
  • Weigh, log and bag wash & fold orders at drop-off and pickup
  • Keep the front counter, racks and lobby clean and organized

What we're looking for

  • Friendly, dependable and comfortable talking with regulars
  • Careful with details — tags, tickets and totals have to match
  • Able to stand, reach and lift up to 25 lbs through a shift
  • Weekday mornings or evenings plus rotating Saturdays
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, not a requirement

Finishing is where the quality shows. You run the shirt unit, pants topper and steam press so every piece leaves crisp, square and ready to hang.

What you'll do

  • Press shirts, pants, jackets, uniforms and dresses to finish standard
  • Steam and touch up delicate and formal pieces by hand
  • Spot-check for missed stains and route pieces back for re-cleaning
  • Hang, bag and assemble finished orders by ticket number
  • Keep boilers, presses and work areas clean and safe

What we're looking for

  • Prior pressing or finishing experience preferred; we will train the right person
  • Comfortable working in a warm plant environment
  • Steady pace with consistent quality — speed comes with training
  • Able to stand for a full shift and lift up to 30 lbs

You classify, spot and run the loads. This is the technical heart of the shop and the role with the most room to grow.

What you'll do

  • Sort and classify garments by fabric, color and soil level
  • Pre-treat and spot stains using the correct agents for each fiber
  • Load, run and unload dry cleaning and wet cleaning machines
  • Monitor solvent levels, filters and machine maintenance logs
  • Flag garments that need customer approval before treatment

What we're looking for

  • Dry cleaning, wet cleaning or industrial laundry experience preferred
  • Willing to learn fabric care, spotting chemistry and machine upkeep
  • Careful, methodical and safety-minded
  • Able to lift up to 40 lbs and be on your feet all shift

Our fastest-growing service. You take a customer's laundry from hamper to neatly folded, bagged and ready for pickup — usually the next day.

What you'll do

  • Weigh in orders, sort by color, fabric and any special instructions
  • Run washers and dryers with the right cycle, temperature and detergent
  • Fold, stack and bag clothing, towels, linens, comforters and bedding
  • Handle hypoallergenic and fragrance-free requests correctly
  • Match every finished bag back to its ticket and shelf location

What we're looking for

  • Neat folder with a fast, consistent pace
  • Reliable — customers plan their week around next-day turnaround
  • Able to lift laundry carts and bags up to 35 lbs
  • Weekday and rotating Saturday availability

Hems, taper jobs, zippers, bridal and formalwear fittings. If you sew well, we have steady work waiting and customers who ask for you by name.

What you'll do

  • Measure and pin customers for hems, waists, sleeves and tapers
  • Replace zippers, buttons, linings and repair seams and tears
  • Alter wedding gowns, quinceañera dresses, suits and uniforms
  • Quote alteration pricing and realistic completion dates
  • Track and organize alteration tickets through to pickup

What we're looking for

  • Proven alterations experience on formalwear, suits or bridal
  • Confident on industrial and home machines, sergers and by hand
  • Good communicator with customers during fittings
  • Piecework or hourly — we are flexible for the right tailor

You keep garments moving between our stores and the plant, and handle commercial uniform stops for local businesses.

What you'll do

  • Run daily transfers between the stores and the Hwy 380 plant
  • Load and unload garments on rolling racks without damage
  • Deliver and pick up commercial and uniform accounts
  • Confirm counts and paperwork at each stop
  • Keep the vehicle clean, fueled and inspected

What we're looking for

  • Valid Texas driver license and clean driving record
  • Comfortable driving a van or box truck around Denton County
  • Dependable morning availability
  • Able to lift up to 40 lbs and push loaded racks

Run the store day to day: open and close, coach the counter team, and own the customer experience at your location.

What you'll do

  • Open and close the store, balance the register and make deposits
  • Coach and schedule counter and wash & fold staff
  • Resolve customer claims and redo requests with care
  • Track supplies, hangers, poly and detergent inventory
  • Coordinate transfers and priority orders with the plant

What we're looking for

  • Two or more years of retail, restaurant or service leadership
  • Calm and fair under pressure; sets the tone for the shift
  • Basic POS, spreadsheet and cash-handling comfort
  • Dry cleaning experience helpful but not required
